Carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and other logistics partners are third parties. While we coordinate with partners, we do not control their operations. Schedules, capacity, inspections, holds, and customs decisions are outside our direct control.
5) Delivery Timelines
Any timelines are estimates only. Actual transit times may vary due to weather, port congestion, carrier schedules, customs inspections, capacity constraints, and other factors.
6) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RICHARD A. H. MORRIS LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
