In-stock items: typically dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Freight/oversized furniture: dispatch scheduling typically starts within 3–7 business days (booking/pickup dependent).
If we cannot dispatch within 10 business days, we will email you with options. What are your delivery time estimates?
Transit time depends on destination and shipping method. Typical estimates after dispatch:
- Standard parcel: 7–15 business days
- International parcel: 10–20 business days
- Freight (ocean/land): 20–45 days (estimate)
Customs and peak seasons can extend delivery times. Can I cancel my order?
Yes—cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the order has not been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible; you may request a return (if eligible) after delivery. What is your return window?
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery confirmation. Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible. How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect the return (or confirm eligibility for a verified damage/defect case), refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Bank/payment provider timing may vary. My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
